Accounting Clerk – Ascent Automotive West Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient and effective automotive accounting. In this role, you will verify, report, and reconcile internal accounting operations ensuring compliance and accuracy. Additionally, the position will support accounting activities in a cross‑functional capacity for our 3 dealerships.
Job Responsibilities- Perform accounting tasks for multiple dealerships
- Ensure accounting deadlines are met consistently
- Resolve internal inquiries quickly and effectively
- Provide cross‑functional accounting support
- Communicate appropriately with associates, managers, and general management
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience; three to four years related experience and/or training.
- Is legally able to work in the United States.
- Pre‑employment drug screen and background required.
- Strong detail‑orientation and organization skills.
- Previous automotive accounting experience a plus.
