Role Overview
We are seeking three detail-oriented Accounting Specialists for a six-month contract position. The successful candidates will be integral to a major system transition, providing essential support for manual accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. These positions are fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities
* Support manual accounting processes during a system conversion from Grover to Oracle.
* Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies.
* Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting.
* Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
* Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Required Qualifications
Technical
Skills:
* Demonstrated expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
Professional
Skills:
* Strong customer service skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $29.00 per hour.
