• Prepare and process vehicle sales billing and accurate invoicing in a timely manner.
• Verify and compile all necessary documents for vehicle sales transactions, including tax, title, and license fees.
• Reconcile daily sales, receipts, and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and update customer accounts as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations related to billing and vehicle sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service support by addressing billing inquiries and concerns.

• Proven experience as an auto dealership biller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and related regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, accounting, or related fields is a plus.
