Job Summary The purpose of this position is to run night audits for resorts, ensuring that all guests have been checked in and out properly and that payment has been received. Ensures that all Owner and Homeowner’s Association (HOA) commission payments are made on time, bills and collects Accounts Receivables, research charge backs and pays Travel Agent commissions.

Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Runs night audits to ensure all guests are checked in and out in matching to FOCUS and that all revenues are recorded. Ensures that either the stays are paid for in advance or are direct billed to an approved wholesaler. (35% time)
Ensures owners are paid within 45 days of rental after confirming whether they are delinquent or current in RCC. If delinquent, the rental dollars are paid to the HOA to be applied against the outstanding owner receivable balance. (15% time)
Invoices all accounts on the Accounts Receivable side on a monthly basis with follow ups for non-payment with the goal of maintaining all accounts in an “Under 90 days” status, thus reducing reserve for bad debt. (25% time)
Research charge backs by checking websites for all credit card types once a week to look for any inquiries. After finding inquiries, research in the operating systems to find the information and provide to the banks prior to the deadline to prevent incurring additional fees. (15% time)
Runs payables journals from RCC to pay Travel Agents’ commissions. Provides invoices for any Travel Agent not set up in RCC. (10% time)
