Job Description
We are looking to hire for a long-term accounting position.
Responsibilities- Code and enter A/P for a property management firm and construction company.
- Create progress billings, lien waivers, retention tracking
- Prepare and submit monthly bank draw packages including all required supporting documentation.
- Perform variance reports and close out completed construction jobs.
- Prepare and examine monthly accounting records and reports.
- Strong experience in accounting with minimum 2–4 years of billing or accounts receivable experience in the construction industry.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with MS Excel, computer accounting programs and reporting tools (e.g., Deltek Computer Ease, Yardi, Appfolio).
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
