The Opportunity We are seeking an Audit Senior, Supervisor, or Manager to join our audit practice in a hybrid role. This position offers exposure to a diverse client base, hands-on leadership opportunities, and a clear path for advancement within a supportive, team-oriented environment.###

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, perform, and supervise audit engagements from start to finish
* Prepare and review audit work papers and financial statements
* Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and leadership
* Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates
* Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and client relationships
* Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver high-quality audit services
* Stay current on auditing standards and firm methodologies*(Responsibilities will vary based on level.)*### Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* CPA or CPA-eligible required
* 3 years of public accounting audit experience (more for Supervisor/Manager level)
* Experience leading engagements and working directly with clients
* Strong technical accounting and auditing skills
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
