Senior Audit Associate (Hybrid)

Job DetailsPermanent position. Hybrid schedule (in‑office and remotely). Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year. You will play a critical role in the Finance department, maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive financial, operational and compliance audits ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management with insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement effective audit testing procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors to resolve audit issues promptly.
- Participate in planning and execution of audit engagements in accordance with PCAOB, SEC, and SOX regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risk areas.
- Assist in developing annual audit plans and risk assessment strategies.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- 1‑3 years of auditing experience, preferably in public accounting.
- In‑depth knowledge of audit procedures—planning, techniques, sampling methods.
- Proficiency applying PCAOB, SEC, and SOX regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
