Accounting Manager — Property Management (Onsite, Las Vegas)

A fast‑growing property management operation in Las Vegas is hiring an Accounting Manager to run all accounting functions for its Property Management division. This leader will manage a five‑person team, own financial reporting across multiple entities, and drive operational excellence in a high‑velocity environment. The role demands a hands‑on operator who can elevate processes, strengthen controls, and champion the use of modern technology and AI tools.

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of five accounting professionals.
• Own the month‑end close and deliver accurate, timely financial statements.
• Oversee cash management and review owner/investor distributions.
• Maintain multi‑entity accounting operations, including intercompany activity and reconciliations.
• Uphold compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies.
• Partner directly with Property Management and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Act as the internal go‑to for accounting‑related AI tools, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience leading an accounting team (5+ direct reports ideal).
• Strong multi‑entity and intercompany accounting experience.
• Deep experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Solid cash management and distribution review background.
• Strong understanding of compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Property management, real estate, or multi‑entity operational experience is highly preferred.
• Public accounting experience is useful, but candidates must have transitioned into operational leadership.
