Stout Management Company in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join a collaborative, fast-paced team. You will prepare financial statement packages, post journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of properties. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management accounting, strong knowledge of U.S.
GAAP and cash basis, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Yardi is required;
Entrata experience is preferred.
