We are seeking an experienced and driven Accountant to join a rapidly expanding healthcare company in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with leadership, managing budgets, improving financial processes, and contributing to strategic growth.
This position starts as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the organization continues to grow.

What You’ll Do- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Monitor organizational spending and provide budget analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, controls, and efficiencies.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all financial activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Quick Books (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- CPA designation or CPA track is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership.
