What You’ll Do
  • Input accounts payable for multiple properties and help resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors and property teams regarding invoices and payment issues
  • Assist with administrative accounting tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Track down missing invoices by coordinating with vendors
  • Support month-end and year-end audit preparation and file organization
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
  • Assist team members with spreadsheets and other accounting-related tasks
  • Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support the accounting team
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills, especially with digital file management and folder structures
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
Compensation & Benefits
  • $20-$21.00 per hour
