Overview

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4

EVER Strategy.

Coordinate, administer and reconcile the payroll processes of the Company in accordance with Federal and State regulations and in compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Determine time worked and equipment usage from timesheets and verify proper authorizations.
• Process weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate data is maintained.
• Assist employees with questions about payroll and other payroll‑related issues.
• Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
• Enter new hire and termination information into UKG and the accounting ERP.
• Assist in preparing control documents for reconciling payroll transactions.
• Check and verify payroll import information.
• Assist with daily/weekly payroll changes.
• Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
