Accounting Clerk​/Rep - Sahara Lakes; Part-Time

Responsibilities

This position is for an Accounts Payable Accounting Clerk for Nevada's largest healthcare provider, The Valley Health System, a Universal Health Services company. This includes 8 hospitals throughout Las Vegas region and Northern and Western Nevada, Free Standing ER's, physician practices, and surgical centers. The work environment is a energetic fastpaced/fast-growing dynamic setting. Job

Duties include:

Sorting Invoices daily into appropriate queues, scanning, indexing and keying for payment, creating manual checks, working invoice discrepancies, working with vendors and company buyers to address any aged invoices.

Education
:
Associates degree in Accounting preferred but not required.

Experience: Ideal candidate will have one to two years accounts payable experience.

Technical

Skills:

Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and patient accounting system. Proficient in use of 10-key.

Other
:
Critical thinking skills, team player attitude, and always striving to improve the process.
