Senior Accountant ​/ Manager, Inventory Accounting

• Overseeing the accounting and financial functions related to the organization’s inventory operational activities
• Ensure accuracy in reporting, supports decision-making through actionable insights
• Prepare and present financial reports and operational KPIs to senior management
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 3 – 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on operations, inventory, cost accounting, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Bi-lingual – Chinese (Mandarin) and English highly preferred

Demonstrates expertise in accounting and financial management with a focus on inventory operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and cost accounting principles. Proficient in preparing financial reports and operational KPIs while enforcing internal controls to safeguard assets.
