We are seeking a detail-oriented Grant Accountant / Staff Accountant with 2+ years of recent grant accounting experience to support the financial administration of grant-funded programs. This role will focus on grant tracking, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and general accounting support.

• Track grant expenditures and monitor spending against approved budgets.
• Prepare grant financial reports, reimbursement requests, and funding drawdowns.
• Reconcile grant-related accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Ensure expenses are properly allocated to grants and funding sources.
• Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Support grant audits and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and audit preparation.

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of RECENT grant accounting experience required.
• Experience with nonprofit, school district, government, or grant-funded organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of grant reporting, budget tracking, and account reconciliations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
