Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities:
Follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions and correct errors to prevent reoccurrence;
Ensure all charges are posted to the correct guest folio or master account with supporting documentation;
Reconcile charges to the general ledger;
Prepare back-up files and close out shift and day on the reservation system for next day;
Generate housekeeping reports and print folios/departures
