Accounts Payable Analyst – Corporate

• Analyze supplier payment issues and provide timely research and resolution
• Perform root cause analysis on payment issues to solve long-term process gaps
• Liaise with corporate and divisional counterparts on all AP matters
• Coordinate all audit requests
• Provide analytical support on key metrics to drive process improvement
• Perform independent self-audits on the accuracy and thoroughness of AP processes
• Support the AP month-close process, including accruals
• Assist managers and supervisors with researching and resolving issues
• Advise management on process improvements and drive technology-driven improvements
• Work with management on special projects and analysis as needed
• Lead ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Champion honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior
• Foster a culture where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• BS in Accounting or related fields
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Great follow-up and organizational skills

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to resolve supplier payment issues and drive process improvements. Proficient in Excel and experienced in compliance risk identification and mitigation.
