What we would like you to bring- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients accordingly
- Ensure all client needs are met during service (in person, over the phone, or virtually)
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer‑service experience
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
