Christie Lites, a leader in the stage lighting industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our project managers and ensuring the successful execution of stage lighting projects. The Project Coordinator converts a client’s Bill Of Materials (BOM) into a clean and comprehensive Nexus order.
Responsibilities- Performs accurate data entry for Nexus orders.
- Performs accurate data entry for Nexus orders by:
- Entering and updating rental orders into Nexus from lighting plots, client bid sheets, emails, BOMs or other mediums with detailed accuracy.
- Populating CL Bills of Materials with existing Nexus orders.
- Converting list of non-Official Rental Product Line (ORPL) equipment into an ORPL list (for example: changing cable and truss lengths to CL’s 8-foot standard from a 10-foot standard).
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Strong ability to follow directions/instructions.
- Communication, with a passion for collaboration over confrontation.
- Quality conscious, and team results driven.
- Excel at multitasking and adapting.
- Data analysis.
- Familiarity with industry terminology.
- Knowledge of lighting equipment and related gear.
- Attention to details and accurate data entry skills.
