Position: Basic Clerk

Overview

The Sales/Title Liens Clerk provides clerical support to the liens department, managing ownership documents, contracts, and title work. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow while supporting team members and daily departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the liens team with daily clerical tasks, including filing, copying, organizing, and transporting documents.
  • Verify document accuracy and maintain proper file organization.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment (copiers, fax machines, phones, postage machines).
  • Support workflow efficiency and departmental operations.
  • Transport documents between locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of related experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication with management, colleagues, and the public.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Regular use of hands and fingers for clerical tasks.
Work Environment
  • Office environment with occasional exposure to moderate noise and outdoor conditions.
