Position: Office Manager - Residential Real Estate Company

Overview

Nied Books LLC is supporting one of its rapid growth real estate clients in its search for an Office Manager located in Las Vegas, NV.

Role Description

We are a rapidly growing residential real estate company in Las Vegas. We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Office Manager to support our team. This is a key on-site role responsible for supporting an active portfolio of real estate transactions and also providing administrative support to leadership.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office administration and operations
  • Assist with logistics around real estate purchase and sale transactions, escrow services, and insurance policy placement
  • Assist with material purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain personnel records and employee documentation
  • Coordinate benefits administration and support payroll processes
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendaring and scheduling
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and special projects
  • Support a positive, professional office culture
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work full-time, split between remote and on-site
Preferred Experience
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to converse in Spanish
