We are a rapidly growing beverage distribution company in Las Vegas. We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Office Manager to support our team of approximately 30 employees. This is a key on-site role responsible for keeping the office running smoothly while providing direct support to leadership and coordinating essential administrative and HR functions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee daily office administration and operations
  • Maintain office systems, policies, and procedures
  • Manage office supply purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate facility needs and general office upkeep
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for human resources matters
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain personnel records and employee documentation
  • Coordinate benefits administration and support payroll processes
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendaring and scheduling
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and special projects
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external partners
  • Support a positive, professional office culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Experience with HR administration and employee coordination
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, or HR systems
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Background in distribution, logistics, or beverage-related industries is a plus though not required
