Cure 4 the Kids Foundation is a multi-specialty pediatric clinic seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator who absolutely thrives on details, accuracy, and efficiency in their work while maintaining excellent customer service skills. This is a very busy pediatric medical practice, and we are seeking high-energy people who enjoy working at a fast pace while providing quality service and care.
The Project Coordinator provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Advocacy & Innovation Officer and the Director of Communications at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation. This role is primarily administrative in nature and is responsible for ensuring priorities are organized, timelines are managed, and work progresses efficiently.
This position supports day-to-day operations, coordinates project timelines, and manages philanthropic-related deadlines to ensure initiatives are well-documented, aligned, and completed on time.
Core Focus of the RoleThis is an administration-first coordination role with project support responsibilities. The focus is on organization, scheduling, documentation, and timeline management.
This role requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. The Project Coordinator must be comfortable supporting leaders with a wide range of evolving priorities, understanding that timelines may shift quickly and plans may change. The ideal candidate is adaptable, responsive, and comfortable working within a creative, fast-paced environment, and is able to work onsite while the leaders they support are based out of state.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support- Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Chief Advocacy & Innovation Officer and the Director of Communications
- Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and deadlines
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and shared systems
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items
- Track tasks, assignments, and next steps across initiatives
- Serve as a central point of internal coordination
- Represent leadership in person as needed, serving as an on-site point of contact when leadership is remote
- Build and maintain priority timelines for departmental initiatives
- Track short- and long-term project plans and deliverables
- Assist with sequencing and balancing competing priorities
- Monitor deadlines and flag delays
- Coordinate the team to support timely completion of work
- Support administrative coordination of strategic philanthropic initiatives and fundraising priorities
- Track timelines, deliverables, and internal deadlines related to philanthropic initiatives
- Coordinate schedules, follow-up items, and reporting needs tied to philanthropic efforts and fundraising priorities

- Maintain task management, documentation, and tracking systems
- Improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and clarity
- Support dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
