• Calendar & scheduling mastery for founders/chefs
• Polished client communication (phone, text, email) — always with poise & discretion
• Quick, professional handling of inquiries
• Flawless Quick Books bookkeeping & financial tracking (non-negotiable)
• Invoicing, payments, & basic reporting
• Printing/organizing weekly menus, labels, & client materials
• Occasional local errands (markets, suppliers)
• Streamlining internal workflows for peak efficiency

• Proven Quick Books experience — this is essential
• Exceptional organization, multitasking, & attention to detail
• Reliable transportation

• Prior PA or bookkeeping in premium environments
• Flexible hybrid schedule with real WFH freedom
