We are a rapidly growing beverage distribution company in Las Vegas. We are seeking a highly organized, hands‑on Office Manager to support our team of approximately 30 employees. This is a key on‑site role responsible for keeping the office running smoothly while providing direct support to leadership and coordinating essential administrative and HR functions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily office administration and operations
- Maintain office systems, policies, and procedures
- Manage office supply purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate facility needs and general office upkeep
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for human resources matters
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain personnel records and employee documentation
- Coordinate benefits administration and support payroll processes
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendaring and scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with correspondence, document preparation, and special projects
- Act as a liaison between departments and external partners
- Support a positive, professional office culture
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Experience with HR administration and employee coordination
- Ability to work full-time, on‑site
- Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, or HR systems
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills
- Background in distribution, logistics, or beverage‑related industries is a plus though not required
