Administrative Customer Service Coordinator - Federal Client

SUMMARY

The Concourse Group is looking for an Administrative Customer Service Coordinator to support a federal client with a host of administrative, clerical and customer service functions. This position will be offered as either;
  • Full-Time:
    Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.

    - 11:30 a.m. AND 12:00 p.m.

    - 4:30 p.m.
  • 2 Part-Time Positions:
    Two persons to each cover half of the above-mentioned blocks.
This position requires strong oral and written communication skills, knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other MS Office products, an understanding of Air Force office automation standards and AFFIRST, the ability to learn new skills quickly, and high standards for customer service and work quality. While training on specific tasks will be provided, the ideal candidate will have exemplary attention to detail and organizational skills, a desire to support and help others, and won't be afraid to ask questions.

This position also requires a high level of multi-tasking, time management skills and decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate will also live within the North Las Vegas area within close proximity to Nellis AFB or live on base.

  • Skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • POSSIBLE TASKS
  • Greet clients promptly and warmly, accurately direct them and schedule counselor/staff appointments.
  • Production of a variety of written deliverables such as; memos, meeting minutes, forms, letters, simple reports and other notes.
  • Enter data, actions and documents and into AFFIRST with accuracy and according to regulation on protecting personal identifying information.
  • Use a checklist to interview customers to determine their needs, determine eligibility for workshops and answer non-technical questions.
  • Answer phone calls, e-mails and written correspondence within stipulated time frames to ensure prompt customer service and issue resolution.
  • Meeting and workshop support including scheduling and coordination, meeting minutes, agendas, meeting/workshop space reservations and reporting.
  • Clerical duties such as mail management, photocopying, document assemblage and filing.
  • Other administrative, clerical and customer service duties as assigned.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must possess a high school diploma.
  • Two years of customer service experience in a professional work environment.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service position for a federal government employer.
  • Knowledge of the DoD Family Readiness program.

  • Must live local to Nellis AFB/ The North Las Vegas Region
