This position will handle a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks. Must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts (at all levels and sometimes under pressure).

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives all incoming supplies
  • Documents and inventories incoming products
  • Delivers and stocks inventory on units
  • Monitors inventory supplies and stock levels by walking units to determine needs
  • Maintains in stock items required for the facility and re-orders when necessary
  • Implements and maintains inventory control and keeps updated reports
  • Manages relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contract
  • Reviews supplies to ensure quality
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a Receiving/Supply Clerk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong team-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships with staff in order to maintain communications
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
