Input crew time accurately and submit prior to deadlines;

Handle all travel arrangements for crew, vendors and project managers;
Maintain a detailed filing system and database management;
Coordinate all seasonal employees fairly, maintaining a professional and supportive work environment while following up on work assignments given to crew
