Circumference FS (USA) Inc. seeks a highly organized, detail‑oriented Client Administrator I to support daily bookkeeping, administrative, and operational functions in our Las Vegas office. You’ll join a small, collaborative team in a high‑trust environment that values autonomy, initiative, and continuous improvement.
You will manage structured administrative workflows, support full‑cycle projects, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders. As you gain experience, you’ll take on additional responsibilities with a clear path for growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Prepare for board meetings, including greeting guests, assembling materials, setting up conference rooms, and coordinating logistics.
- Support daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general logistics.
- Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, and service providers.
- Maintain corporate records and support entity‑related compliance tasks.
- Manage check registers and provide administrative support for accounts payable and receivable.
- Support special projects through research, information organization, and preparing summaries for stakeholders.
- Assist with document preparation, project materials, and client communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially with high‑volume data.
- Professional communication skills and comfort supporting executive‑level materials.
- Flexibility, strong technical aptitude, and willingness to learn.
- Effective time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem‑solving abilities.
- Active Notary Public (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital filing systems.
- Must be based in Southern Nevada and available onsite a minimum of two days per week, up to five days per week, depending on client needs.
- Experience in legal administration, corporate law, or documentation‑heavy compliance roles.
- Background in corporate governance, entity management, or regulated environments.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- High‑energy, hospitality‑oriented approach to client service.
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of two onsite days per week.
