THE JOB:

As an Office Services Clerk, you play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. You'll drive the administrative services vehicle to deliver items across property locations and assist with preparing shipments. In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll support and guide less experienced team members by providing direction and ensuring standard procedures are followed.

THE STARTING RATE: $18

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Process incoming and outgoing packages and drive administrative services vehicle to properties delivering mail and packages

* Operate mailroom equipment including creating signs for departments using sign machine

* Answer telephones while in the office and direct calls to appropriate areas and staff

* Assist Office Services Supervisor with daily tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
