Join a Growing Financial Services Organization!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Bookkeeper & Operations Associate to support a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with operational and administrative projects in a collaborative setting.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work across bookkeeping, operations, and compliance functions while contributing to a highly regulated and process-driven organization.

  • Perform daily and weekly bookkeeping activities
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries and accruals
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Maintain organized and accurate audit documentation
Operations & Administrative Projects
  • Support operational processes and data entry across multiple systems
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and account setup processes
  • Coordinate business registrations and EIN applications
  • Document workflows and help improve internal processes
  • Create and maintain operational checklists and procedures
Compliance & Legal Administrative Support
  • Assist with document organization and compliance-related processes
  • Support legal and records management tasks under guidance
  • Handle sensitive financial and legal documentation with discretion
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
  • Experience with Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar accounting software
  • Strong reconciliation and journal entry experience
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Comfortable balancing routine tasks with changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
Preferred Experience
  • Financial services, banking, trust, brokerage, or related industry experience
  • Exposure to compliance or legal administrative work
  • Experience with business registrations or regulatory filings
  • Adobe Acrobat experience, including document editing and redaction
  • Experience with Zoho or similar platforms
