Billing & Document Processing Coordinator - Escrow
Contract Opportunity in LAS VEGAS!
$20/hour
Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
In office in LAS VEGAS (zip code 89144)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Document Processing Coordinator to support high-volume escrow and contract review operations. This position is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and processing escrow documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, data entry, accounting, billing, finance, mortgage, or title-related experience who thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review contracts and escrow documents for completeness and accuracy
- Verify signatures, notaries, pricing, legal descriptions, and supporting documentation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Update and maintain closing spreadsheets and transaction records
- Support escrow closing operations, funding documentation, and contract audits
- Forward financing documents for loan setup and processing
- Maintain productivity standards and meet daily production goals
- Communicate with internal departments regarding document corrections and approvals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of office, administrative, or related experience preferred
- Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel
- Experience in escrow, title, mortgage, bookkeeping, accounting, billing, or accounts payable is a plus
- CRM experience preferred
- Associate degree and/or Notary License preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a repetitive, metric-driven environment
- Able to manage high-volume workflows with accuracy
- Eager to learn and receptive to feedback
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
