Flexible schedule with core hours from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday, with the ability to provide childcare coverage on evenings or weekends as needed
Compensation: $30–35/hour (based on experience)
Requirements- Must maintain a smoke-free environment
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle with a clean driving record (mileage reimbursement provided)
- CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable supervising children around water (family has a pool)
- High level of discretion and professionalism in a private, high-profile household
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Open to potential occasional travel with the family or house sitting, as needed
We are a busy, loving family newly settled in Las Vegas, seeking someone who can help bring balance and harmony to our hectic lives. Our family includes two energetic boys, ages 11 and 9, who are both passionate about sports and other activities, and two playful dogs. We prioritize quality time and creating a nurturing, warm environment where everyone feels supported.
Mom works part-time from home, while Dad holds a high-demand job that often requires travel and unpredictable hours. We’re looking for someone who can serve as Mom’s "right hand," not only helping manage the household but also supporting the boys and coordinating our busy schedules. This role is about more than just managing tasks; it’s about becoming a trusted partner in all aspects of our home, freeing up time for the family to focus on what matters most—being present together.
