Field Payroll Administrator
All 5's Construction is searching for a Field Payroll Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV!
This individual will be responsible for the preparation and processing of the company's weekly payroll.
An All 5's Field Payroll Administrator is also responsible for:
- Perform all activities related to the processing of weekly payroll, including the following:
- Collecting time
- Entering payroll changes
- Processing payroll each pay period
- Maintaining pay records (addresses, pay changes and exemptions)
- Review payroll register (current vs previous) for any discrepancies. Review with Controller.
- Process new hires in payroll, field work center and runs E-Verify on all new hires.
- Updates payroll records by making changes in exemptions, direct deposit accounts, and Union related benefits.
- Prepare and process monthly union reports for the company's union payroll.
- Process weekly child support and garnishment payments and mail to appropriate agency.
- File and maintain orders to withhold.
- Respond to all field employment verification requests.
- Process per diem checks for traveling field employees as needed.
- Complete unemployment forms for field employees.
- Record vacation and sick time in line with the appropriate pay cycle.
- File drug test results for field payroll.
- Follow-up with employees who have outstanding checks that are more than three weeks old.
- Maintain yearly payroll calendars.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- Experience with follow-up and monitoring of work to ensure quality standards and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and team player mindset.
- This is an exempt position and does not qualify for overtime pay.
- Periodic travel may be required.
- Regularly required, in an 8-hour day, to sit for 5-8 hours; stand/walk/move around for 1-4 hours.
- Lifting 15 pounds occasionally with occasional sitting and frequent standing/walking.
- Able to access and navigate offices and jobsites.
