Position: HR Admin CONTRACT

Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support our HR department with employee records management, document processing, and data entry. This role is heavily focused on accurately uploading and maintaining employee documentation within Paylocity and company shared drive systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximately 2–4 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload, organize, and maintain employee files and documentation in Paylocity and company shared drives
  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ensure employee records are complete, current, and compliant with company policies
  • Scan, save, and electronically file HR documents
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Help track missing documents and follow up with employees when necessary
  • Audit files regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and shared drive systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using an HRIS system preferred
  • Paylocity experience is a strong plus
  • Previous HR administrative experience is a plus
Position Details
