Full-Time Document Clerk
Hooks, Meng & Clement is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Document Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
As a Document Clerk, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming documentation through our electronic filing system. Your primary responsibilities will include downloading, organizing, renaming, and uploading documents into our electronic file management system with accuracy and efficiency.
Additional duties include providing document copies to clients and opposing counsel, as well as assisting in the maintenance and organization of our digital filing and case management systems.
