Dance Journey Coordinator Intern

Intern schedules are based on availability.

Hours will be discussed and finalized during the interview process based on:

• Your availability
• Studio needs
• Consistency and reliability

Even with flexibility, interns are expected to:

• Honor their committed schedule
• Communicate clearly about any conflicts
• Show up prepared and on time

• Greet dancers and families with warmth and professionalism
• Assist trial students in having a smooth and welcoming first visit
• Help answer basic questions and guide families to the right resources

• Assist with attendance tracking and basic scheduling tasks
• Help keep studio spaces clean, organized, and ready for classes
• Support team members with small administrative tasks

• Learn how to guide families through class options and programs
• Observe and assist with enrollment conversations
• Support follow-up efforts with trial students when appropriate

• Capture simple photos/videos during classes or events
• Assist in organizing content for marketing use

• Positive, friendly, and respectful
• Willing to learn and take feedback
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable talking to both kids and adults
• Reliable and able to follow through on tasks

• Struggle with punctuality or communication
• Need constant reminders to complete tasks
• Prefer to stay on your phone or disengaged during work
• Are not open to feedback or growth

Paid Internship: $12/hour
