We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support a busy tax season engagement in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Contract position focuses on accurate document handling, client communication, and timely processing of tax-related forms in a services environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing high-volume administrative work while maintaining strong accuracy and service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to distribute required forms, guide them through completion needs, and secure returned signatures in a timely manner.
• Review incoming signed documents for completeness and accuracy before routing them to the appropriate organization contact for processing.
• Maintain prompt communication by addressing client emails and messages within one business day and providing clear, helpful updates.
• Partner with colleagues across departments to resolve client needs and ensure documentation moves efficiently through each stage of the workflow.
• Record and track the receipt of signed forms and related paperwork with careful attention to detail and proper file documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline form preparation and submission activities while supporting more efficient and accurate administrative practices.
• Use available internal expertise and resources to clarify document requirements and support smooth client service delivery.
• Assist with additional administrative assignments that contribute to team goals during the tax season period.
