Position: Data Entry Clerk          at Ultimate Staffing Services        in        Las Vegas,        Nevada

Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data while ensuring a high level of accuracy and productivity.

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors as needed.
  • Review documents and records for completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Generate reports and assist with data audits.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 8k-10k KPM (Keystrokes Per Minute) required.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while meeting productivity goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or database management systems.
  • Knowledge of data validation and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
