Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant to help with the day-to‑day operations of our Service Department, write up service and relay information with customers, coordinate staff and vehicle movement and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. The Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant's responsibilities include ensuring compliance, consulting with customers both in person, by phone and email, assuring the parts needed for the jobs have been ordered with the parts person, collecting deposits and final payment for work completed.

To be successful as the Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant you should have excellent people management skills and a good understanding of business operations. An outstanding Motorcoach Service Coordinator Assistant should be able to ensure the smooth operations and maximum profitability of the Service Department.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and communicating with customers in regards to new service, current service and past service orders. Returning all phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Preparing employee daily work schedule / providing technicians with service orders.
  • Addressing employee questions or concerns and bringing them to upper management if necessary.
  • Coordinating with the parts department on inventory and ordering/returning parts.
  • Communicating between Owner, Service Writer and Parts dept on status of service orders, parts status, technician hours daily (sometimes multiple times a day).
  • Coordinating with Storage on vehicles that need to be moved or staged for repairs from the storage company (may be daily or weekly).
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Higher.
  • 2+ years’ previous experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic knowledge of time tracking and accounting.
  • Strong customer focus and decision‑making skills.
  • RV Knowledge or Mechanical Knowledge a plus but not necessary.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Punctual.
  • Time management skill.

Pay is based on experience.
