Operations Representative – Private Client Services (National)

As our Operations Representative on the Private Client Services team, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all client paperwork, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, rewrites, and cancellations.

  • Upon receiving daily allocation of work, prioritize based on time sensitivity of the documents and determine appropriate actions.
  • Process the appropriate activity within the Agency Management System, entering and verifying account information.
  • Perform research within the Agency Management System when information is vague, notifying the servicing agent of findings.
  • Escalate emerging issues to the Lead Operations Representative or Operations Manager as appropriate.
  • Follow up on all personal open activities in the Agency Management System to ensure completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date workflow documentation and ensure adherence to processing procedures.
  • Meet or exceed individual daily processing requirements and monthly accuracy goals.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are met and internal policies and procedures are complied with.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma.
  • 1–2+ years of professional office experience, preferably with computer-based work.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Previous insurance industry knowledge and expertise (preferred).
  • Previous experience interacting with clients (preferred).
