Unit Clerk - Emergency Department; Per Diem

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for assisting the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities occurring in the nursing unit by performing clerical and receptionist duties, and maintaining the physical environment of the area.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.
• Other:
  Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
