The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Administrative Assistant 2, UNLV Enrollment Management [R0152757]. The Administrative Assistant 2 (AA2) provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Enrollment Management division by managing calendars, communications, meetings, records, and daily office operations. Responsibilities include supporting Finance, Human Resources, Summer Term, and inventory processes through data entry, recordkeeping, reconciliation, and compliance with university policies.
The Administrative Assistant 2 plays a role in assisting with developing and maintaining policies, procedures, databases, and documentation, while serving as the primary customer service contact for students, campus partners, and external stakeholders. Additionally, the position provides administrative and data support for academic operational compliance, accreditation, audits, FERPA-related activities, and institutional reporting by coordinating documentation, tracking deadlines, organizing records, and supporting special projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned.
Salary:
Grade 25 Step 1, 42,636.96 USD.
In accordance with Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 284.170, initial appointments to classified positions typically begin at Step 1 of the assigned grade. A "Step" refers to the specific rate of pay within a grade, as determined by the Division of Human Resources.
