Production Controller

Position Summary

• Engraves and issues serial plates for finished good products according to standard procedures
• Enters data into computer using various data entry devices
• Creates work orders, assigns finished goods serial numbers
• Verifies accuracy of data, including work orders and BOM adds
• Resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures
• Secures information by completing database backups
• Maintains confidentiality and protection of information
• Ensures paperwork is given to the appropriate department

• Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer knowledge, including use of word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases
• Typing skills
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to prioritize and organize tasks
• Multitasker
