A reputable and established construction company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity supporting multiple ongoing residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys coordinating information, tracking deadlines, supporting project teams, and keeping documentation accurate throughout the project lifecycle. The Construction Project Coordinator will work closely with project management personnel, accounting, vendors, subcontractors, internal departments, and other project stakeholders.

- Provide administrative and coordination support to project management teams across multiple active construction projects.
- Maintain organized project files, records, logs, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and electronic documentation.
- Track deadlines, outstanding items, approvals, revisions, project requests, and required documentation to help keep projects moving forward.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, accounting, and other project participants.
- Assist with meetings, purchasing documentation, vendor records, invoicing support, cost-related documentation, and resolution of administrative discrepancies.
- Help ensure project information is accurate, current, accessible, and submitted on time throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
- Full-time, non-exempt position.
- Monday through Friday daytime schedule.

- Maintain project documentation, logs, approvals, revisions, cost records, and project-related correspondence.
- Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate project information across internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with invoicing support, vendor documentation, purchasing records, and communication with accounting personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative, project coordination, construction administration, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident communication style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, project terminology, and documentation requirements quickly.
- Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or project support within residential, commercial, or office construction.
- Experience using project management, document management, or accounting software.
- Familiarity with vendor, subcontractor, purchasing, invoicing, approvals, revisions, and project cost documentation.
- Prior experience coordinating information between project managers, accounting teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
