THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our Las Vegas team. The Office Administrator supports the General Manager with the branch’s financial, administrative, and operational needs. They handle bookkeeping, job costing, invoicing, accounts receivable, permits, scheduling, and customer support. Overall, the role helps ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, smooth operations, and a positive customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Accounting Support:
Manage customer accounts, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, expenses, vendor invoices, and month-end accounting support.
- Job Costing & Internal P&L:
Track project costs, maintain branch P&L reporting, and identify cost variances to support accurate profitability tracking.
- Scheduling & Project Coordination:
Coordinate crew schedules, maintain project timelines, and keep project information up to date.
- Customer Service & Branch Support:
Handle customer inquiries, support branch activities and events, and assist the General Manager with day-to-day administrative needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative, bookkeeping, or office support experience; experience with job costing, project-based accounting, or accounts receivable strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Quick Books (or similar accounting software), Microsoft Office, and project management tools like ; strong data entry accuracy and basic math skills.
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $23-$28
- Production bonus eligibility following completion of training
