Gaudin Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, works well with technicians and service advisors, and understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive parts counter sales experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and electronic lookup systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ford experience is preferred, but not required; we welcome candidates with experience from other manufacturers

• Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries
• Accurately identify and source automotive parts
• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stocking procedures
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
