- All Experience Levels Entry-Level | Used Vehicle | Mainline | Level 3 | Master Technicians $7500 Sign On Bonus Offered (Bonus applies to new hires only and is not eligible for anyone employed within the Lithia & Driveway network in the past 24 months.) Pay:
Entry-level and developing technician positions start around $25.00 per flat rate hour, with experienced technician pay based on skill level, certifications and experience. Master Technicians can earn up to $50.00 per flat rate hour.

For technicians interested in performance vehicles, advanced diagnostics and learning new technology, Dodge provides an opportunity to work on vehicles that continue pushing the brand forward.

Ram Continues to Push Truck Performance & Technology Ram continues expanding its lineup with new powertrains, technology and trucks. The Ram 1500 RHO produces 540 horsepower from its High-Output Hurricane engine, while Ram continues developing the next generation of HEMI-powered and trucks. If you like trucks, horsepower, diagnostics, electrical systems and new technology, there is a lot happening with these brands.

• You don't need to come from a CJDR dealership
• Experience with another manufacturer or an independent repair facility is welcome. Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, European, independent shop - good technicians are good technicians. We'll help you learn the Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Stellantis systems.
