We understand the great demand for veterans in this industry. We are currently looking to add certified Kia or Hyundai Technicians immediately.

We are offering a $1500 - $5000 sign on bonus, dependent on experience and certification level!

• Efficiently perform the work specified on the repair order in accordance with dealership standards and procedures.
• Conduct test drives and evaluate vehicle components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Maintain clear and direct communication with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, providing accurate time estimates for such repairs.
• Carry out warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications and quality guidelines to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Findlay Kia of Las Vegas is seeking experienced Certified Service Technicians to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in automotive service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care within a dealership environment.

• Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Kia and Hyundai vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide timely and efficient service to customers.
• Utilize dealership management systems such as CDK and Auto Live to document work and communicate with service advisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.

• Pursuit of or possession of relevant automotive certifications and prior experience working at an automotive dealership.
• Preference given to candidates with specific experience working on Kia and/or Hyundai vehicles.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Must provide own tools necessary for service technician duties.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and current automobile insurance coverage.
• Clean driving record with no violations that would affect insurability.
• Experience with CDK and Auto Live dealership software systems is considered an advantage.
