Service Porter / Technician Trainee

Are you looking to get your foot in the door of the automotive industry and build a career as a Service Technician

Gaudin Motor Company is looking for motivated Service Porters who want to grow into automotive technicians
. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently graduated from a vocational or automotive program and wants to gain real-world dealership experience while continuing to develop their technical skills.

• Assist the Service Department with daily operations
• Move and stage customer vehicles safely
• Assist technicians and service advisors as needed
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and shop support tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Learn dealership processes and technician workflow
• Take advantage of opportunities to develop your skills and transition into a Service Technician position

• Starting pay: $18/hour
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Automotive/vocational school graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Dependable, motivated and willing to learn
• Valid driver's license
• Must be available to work within 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
• 40-hour work week with schedule determined by department needs
